Pasco gives oversight to ten long-term residential programs within seven states with insightful leadership skills, creative financial management, and multifaceted administration.

He holds annual Leadership Management Conferences and Marriage Retreats, established an “End Addiction” campaign to raise awareness of the drug epidemic in schools, and has promoted several Changing Lives products, including a compilation of a six-book series.

He is the author of Urim and Thummim—Discovering the Will of God and Broken Flowers: A Commentary on the Tragedy of Sex Slavery in America.

Pasco’s studies have earned him a master of arts degree in Christian Ministries and a MDiv Equivalency from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.

He graduated summa and magna cum laude. He has experience as a college adjunct professor and as a public speaker, bringing countless inspirational messages to every populated continent of the world.

Pasco and the wife of his youth, Mary Ann, have three grown children, two daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren.

He is passionate about people who need hope. He enjoys travel and the authentic cuisine and culture of his Italian heritage.
