Lee is the former Executive Vice President of Operations for the Walt Disney World® Resort.
As the Senior Operating Executive for ten years, Lee led a team of forty thousand cast members and was responsible for the operations of twenty resort hotels, four theme parks, two water parks, a shopping and entertainment village, and the ESPN sports and recreation complex.
He also was responsible for the ancillary operations, which supported the number one vacation destination in the world.
Lee is the author of four best-selling books: Creating Magic—10 Common-Sense Leadership Strategies, From a Life at Disney: The Customer Rules—The 39 Essential Rules for Delivering Sensational Service, Time Management Magic—How to Get More Done Every Day and Move from Surviving to Thriving, and Career Magic—How to Stay on Track to Achieve a Stellar Career.
He and his wife, Priscilla, live in Orlando, Florida.
