The Success for All Foundation (SFAF) is a nonprofit educational reform based in Baltimore, Maryland.

Donna began her career in human resources in the banking industry and, after raising to sons and successfully building her own design business, she returned to her first career in human resources.

A self-proclaimed process geek, she enjoys the daily changes in an HR arena.

While she continues to work for her Baltimore nonprofit organization and provide leadership, she resides in the Sarasota area with her husband, Alan.

She has two incredible sons, two amazing daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren who take her breath away.

Her personal philosophy in life is to be sure not to sweat the small stuff, to live without regret, and to seize the day, every day.
