While serving as CMO at Oven Bits, Chris drove more than 100 percent

In both roles, Alicia has established herself as a thought leader and entrepreneur. Candace Gingrasso

Scott Humphrey

Scott, a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, spends much of his free time teaching performance skills that inspire people of all ages to grow and prosper. For over twenty years, he has written columns in national publications focused on leadership and life skills.

David Loveless

Over his working career, Mohamid received several awards, including a Corporate Service Excellence Award from his last employer. Based on his prior experience as a police officer, his employer selected him as a first responder to assist at ground zero during the September 11, 2001, Twin Towers attack in New York City. Paul Perrino
Vice President and Partner, Luxury Meetings Summit; Virtual Health & Fitness Coach
Paul was raised as an Army brat and lived in Texas, Arizona, North Carolina,
Panama, and Germany. Although neither of his childhood dreams—being an
architect like Mike Brady or the lead singer of a heavy metal band—came to
fruition, Paul’s big break in the hospitality business came as a boat pilot at
Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

and protect their interests. He is the Executive Director of Communications for Advent Health Florida Division.
Formerly, he was at the University of Central Florida College of Business, and prior to that, he was a partner with Consensus Communications, an Orlando, Florida-based public relations firm. He also served as Director of Corporate Communications for the nation’s largest hospital, Florida Hospital. R.D. Saunders
Vice President of Advancement EQUIP Leadership (Founded by John Maxwell)
Born in central Ohio, R. D. had leadership experiences in music and church ministry. After graduating from Ohio Christian University, he spent twenty-two years in pastoral ministry, leading churches in Ohio, Florida, and Georgia.
In 2002, when R. D. began to serve as an Associate Trainer for John Maxwell’s
EQUIP Leadership organization, he began to see firsthand the needs
of the global community. In 2009, he was called to lead Network of Caring,
a charitable organization dedicated to bringing hope and healing to the neediest
people in the world. For eight years, he served as the Chief Significance
Officer (Executive Director) of Network of Caring, managing operations in

Dr. Amber Selking
Performance Consultant; Director of People Performance, Lippert Components, Inc.
Dr. Selking founded the Selking Performance Group, whose mission is to help individuals, sports teams, and business organizations unleash performance excellence by tapping into the power of mindset and leadership. She speaks to organizations around the world and serves as the mental performance consultant to Head Coach Brian Kelly and the Notre Dame Football team. She has also served as an adjunct professor in the business school at Notre Dame.

Dr. Mike Smalley

Dr. Smalley is one of America’s most dynamic and sought-after speakers. He preached his first sermon at fourteen years old, pastored a church at twenty-four, and engaged in full-time evangelistic ministry at age thirty. Since then, Dr. Smalley has helped plant sixty-four churches internationally,
including some in Africa and Central America, and he has spoken to
more than 4,000 audiences in thirty-three nations. He has appeared on numerous
television and online shows and national radio programs, and he is

Paul Sorchy II
Founder and CEO, Life Center; Chiropractor
Dr. Paul Sorchy is a Florida native from Tarpon Springs. In 1995, he graduated
from Life University with his doctorate in chiropractic. He opened his
practice for business in Florida in 1998 and is a continued member of the
Chamber of Commerce. He earned a prestigious fellowship in Chiropractic
Biophysics, an advanced chiropractic technique, in 2004. He is also certified
in physical therapeutics and several other techniques or forms of adjusting.
In 1998, the Florida Chiropractic Society named Dr. Paul as New Chiropractor
of the Year. In 2003, the National Congressional Commission’s
Physician’s Advisory Board named him Physician of the Year. He was a
co-chairman on that board in 2002.
Dr. Paul has worked as a personal consultant for a chiropractic consulting
group. He is the president of America’s first for-profit Christian gym
franchise, Lord’s Gym. He has appeared on FOX News and CNN; has been
featured in Men’s Fitness magazine, and is ordained through Lion’s Roar

Terry Steen
Regional VP and Consultant, AG Financial Solutions; Cofounder, Fearless Faith Ministries
Terry serves as a church consultant with AG Financial Solutions, assisting churches and pastors in the area of finance and acquiring funds for ministry. After graduating from college and spending more than fifteen years of ministry
work in two of the largest religious organization in the nation, Bradley
felt led to move into the business community. In 1997, he started working
in a unique industry known as Professional Employer Organizations (better

creating the knowledge base to serve businesses and understand the industry.

list of interviews includes Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, Cal Ripken, Jr.,
George Foreman, Magic Johnson, Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Bob Hope,
